Returns

 

You have 20 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.

 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

 

Your item must be in the original packaging.

 

Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds

 

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned

item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.

 

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment).

 

You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.

MATTRESS RETURN POLICY

Our mattresses come with a 20-day return policy from the delivery date. If you are unsatisfied with your experience, you can return it for a refund. With that said, make sure the bed isn’t for you. Many people have a rough couple of nights on their bed but after they adjust to it, they love it. We recommend a 1-2 week adjustment period before you consider returning it.

RETURN POLICY

Damaged, soiled or stained mattresses cannot be returned.
We will charge an $99 return fee and a 10% restocking fee.
You have 20 calendar days from the delivery date to return your mattress.
